Claire Saffitz's Chocolate Chip Cookies

I have been baking more and recently tried Claire Saffitz's chocolate chip cookie recipe. It is a little fussy (browning butter, chopping chocolate instead of using chips) but once you've made it once you can whip up a batch very quickly (do listen to her and let the dough rest though. think ahead!). If you're looking for something to do at home as autumn sets in maybe give it a shot!
